Returns and Warranty

Satisfaction with your order is our top priority. When you do need to return a product, our streamlined process has never been easier.

Pro-Fit Account Holder

  • • Visit My Account
  • • In the Recent Orders table, select View Order for the order that the product was originally placed.
  • • Then, select Return in the upper right corner of the page. Once in Return, simply fill-out the return request form for the product you would like to return and hit Submit.

Once the return request is submitted, a Customer Service representative will contact you via the email address on your account with instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse. Please allow up to five business days from the date received for processing your return request.

Non-account Holder

  • • Contact our Customer Service department at 844-360-5524 to start your return process.

Requirements for Your Return

  • • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • • All products must be returned in uninstalled, like-new condition and placed in the original packaging.
  • • Pre-paid shipping will only be provided for items damaged in shipment, defective or received in error from the warehouse.
  • • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • • A 15% restocking fee may be applied and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

For products subject to warranty, there is a 90-day warranty from the date you receive the product(s). Warranty claims will be evaluated with the submission of your return request.
